The weather this year, has been cold and gloomy. However, for picture morning it ended up being perfect weather. This girls picked out their own dresses, accessories, and shoes. They felt like little princesses. The kids are a month shy of 3.5 years old. They are so inquisitive and exploitative. Yes, that means a whole new type of work. However, I am loving this age. Watching and being a part of their individual personalities blossoming is simply the best!
First up, some hot cocoa.

Felicity was sad for a few minutes half way through the pictures. We finally realized why. She did not have the same red cup as the other girls.  Conner was an amazing big brother and traded her cups. She is always a diva.
Second, it’s Santa time! We only had one who was not a fan! Any guesses?

Our sweet, Aurora Arizona asked Santa for a lollipop and princesses dresses.

Our analytical and practical daughter, Briella Bryleigh, asked Santa for a new toothbrush and a pink water bottle. We all laughed.

Our incredible preteen son, Conner Clayton, sat on Santa’s lap and asked him for a bunkbed/desk and a lava lamp. I’m not allowed to show that adorable picture though per his request.

Our bold and adventurous daughter, Delilah kept hugging Santa and gave him a huge wish list. A few of the things she asked for are: cookies, a bathrobe, slippers, and a lollipop. The kids rarely get sweets. I think it’s sweet that makes junk food a treat and they ask for it at special occasions.

Our tough, Elias has grown so much this past year. The quints no longer have many sensory issues or any other issues thanks to a lot of therapies. He has had the most surgeries and issues since he was born. They are finally gone and his smiley personality is shining a lot more! I literally had tears with how far they all have come especially him.

Elias asked Santa for a train and a blue water bottle. I think they copied each other but that is a perk of having siblings.

Our Diva girl, Felicity Fiona, asked Santa to be an only child. Since he said he was not sure he could do that. She asked for bracelets, babies, and dolls.

Our tough, Gideon Gunner’s only wish was to be off Santa’s lap. He loves doing everything the quint’s do but I think he drew the line at Santa pictures.

Santa’s wish was that Mommy would come grab Gideon off his lap.
Third, it was time to help Santa check his mail and read some letters. Gideon refused since this whole Santa thing was traumatic, and all he wanted was more hot cocoa.

The kids found reindeer food in the mail box and a letter addressed to them.

Hearing Santa read each of their names and tell them a story was the perfect touch to a fabulous morning.
